CZL-YB-××SC-EX type column digital explosion proof load cell is full sealing double column type structure. The load cell uses stainless steel, uses metal diaphragm welding technology, has water proof and dust proof capacity of IP68, has internal A/D module and CPU, and has digital signal output. It has built-in overload protection circuit, and has surge resistance. The load cell has good automatic central adjustment and anti-rotation function, bears compression force, and has good dynamic response, strong overload resistance, easy installation and convenient operation. The product is suitable for gas-dust explosive atmosphere, and has operating areas: Zones 1 and 2 in gas explosive atmosphere, and zones 20, 21 and 22 in dust explosive atmosphere. Explosion proof grade is ExmaIICT4Ga; ExmaD 20IP68T130℃. Predicted short circuit current ≤100mA.
